Our limited warranty covers only those VYNL Bikes frames purchased directly from VYNL Bikes or from authorized VYNL Bikes retailers in the United States. If you purchased your VYNL Bikes bicycle outside of the United States, the specific warranty will be governed by the law of the country in which it was purchased. VYNL Bikes warrants to the original owner of this new VYNL Bikes bicycle frame that the frame shall be free of defective materials and/or workmanship for all VYNL Bikes Aluminum frames for two (2) years from the date of purchase. This limited warranty is not transferable.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY
This limited warranty will be void in the event of, and does not cover: (1) normal wear and tear (including the results of fatigue), (2) defects, failures, or malfunctions that result from (a) abuse, misuse, alteration, modification, accident, neglect, downhill racing or stunt riding, (b) improper assembly, installation or maintenance, or (c) other abnormal, excessive or improper conditions or use. If there are other documents that were included with the VYNL Bikes bicycle frame you purchased, there may be further restrictions on what this limited warranty covers. Please read those documents carefully.
WHAT VYNL Bikes WILL DO TO CORRECT PROBLEMS
If VYNL Bikes determines that the VYNL Bikes bicycle frame you purchased is defective and the defect is covered by this limited warranty, VYNL Bikes, in its sole discretion, will either repair it or replace it at VYNL Bikes’ cost with the same or a comparable model.
HOW YOU CAN GET SERVICE FOR A DEFECTIVE BICYCLE FRAME
You must either (1) deliver the defective bicycle frame to an authorized VYNL Bikes dealer, or (2) ship the defective bicycle frame to VYNL Bikes at the address above Attention: Warranty Repair. In either case, you must provide your original, dated purchase receipt that has the bicycle frame’s serial number printed on it. You are responsible for shipping charges associated with the repair or replacement of the VYNL Bikes frame.
THE EXCLUSIONS FROM THIS LIMITED WARRANTY
The only remedies you have against VYNL Bikes for a defective bicycle frame are those described in this limited warranty (i.e., repair or replacement of the bicycle frame, at VYNL Bikes’ option).
ANY AND ALL OTHER CLAIMS YOU MIGHT OTHERWISE HAVE FOR DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY. THIS IS THE ONLY WARRANTY THAT VYNL Bikes MAKES ON ITS BICYCLE FRAMES. ANY WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE OTHERWISE IMPLIED BY LAW, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. No VYNL Bikes dealer, agent or employee may enlarge or modify this limited warranty, and VYNL Bikes makes no other warranty except as stated in this limited warranty.
VYNL Bikes BICYCLE FRAMES USA LIMITED WARRANTY OTHER STATES’ WARRANTY LAWS
As a consumer, you may have other legal rights, which may differ from state to state. Some states’ laws might not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long implied warranties last. Depending on where you live or purchased the bicycle frame, some of the exclusions and limitations contained in this limited warranty might not apply to you.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT BICYCLE RIDING
Bicycle riding, particularly mountain biking and/or riding in a group, is an inherently dangerous activity and the bicycle rider is assuming that risk. Proper care and maintenance of your VYNL Bikes bicycle frame is your responsibility and can reduce the risk of injury.
If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. We hope you are completely satisfied with your new VYNL frame, but should you not be, we’ll do our best to make it better. New, unaltered and unharmed stock color frames are available for return within 60 days of purchase. This includes signal white, jet black, raw and light pink. Please read our returns policy below, follow the steps, and remember – you can always contact us with any additional order or product related questions.
All returned packages must be received within 60 days of the date your order shipped from us
Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method
We do not have an “exchange" process – simply return your item and place a new order for the alternate item. We will refund the original order as appropriate (see below).
Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. Additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information.”
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
Communicate with you;
Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud;
If submitted, share your VYNL Bikes Story and photos;
and When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
